Shipping Policy
All products purchased from the Josh & online store will be shipped via United States Postal Service Media or United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS Ground is the default shipping method, and USPS is used for all PO Box and international shipments. All products ship from Knoxville, TN zip code 37933.
Josh & Friends will be responsible for your package until delivery is confirmed by the carrier via tracking number. If your package is lost or never received, it will be our pleasure to resend your order and make a claim with the carrier.
Order Status

Refund Policy
The Josh & Friends online store will gladly refund your full purchase price within 30 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the product and choose to return it. Please ship all returns to the following address, and notify us of the shipment at [email protected]
Backorders and Delays
If one or more of the items you order is on backorder, we will hold the order until all items are in stock. We will notify you within 24 business hours by email of any backordered items.
